Welcome to Bel-Air Elementary School Counseling

My name is Nick Kadlec. I am incredibly proud to be the school counselor at Bel-Air ES and love being a part of the Bel-Air community. 

In my role as school counselor I aim to develop and provide a comprehensive school counseling program that fosters the academic, career exploration, and social & emotional needs of all students.

The following is a list of some of the services that I provide:

• Classroom guidance lessons
• Academic planning
• Attendance support
• Career awareness, exploration, and planning
• Conflict mediation
• Individual and Group Counseling
• Crisis intervention
• Referrals to APS resources, APS/Bel-Air partner resources, and Outside Agencies
• Consultation and collaboration with administration and staff
• Participation in collaborative teams such as Health & Wellness, Attendance, & Student Success in order to support students & families
